GLP-1 receptor activity is closely tied to appetite regulation, and many members notice real changes in how they relate to food. This thread is for discussing those changes constructively.

    Topics welcome here

    • Appetite changes
    • Food aversion — foods that suddenly feel unappealing
    • Satiety — feeling full sooner or staying full longer
    • Portion changes
    • General eating-pattern observations

    Keeping this a healthy space

Please don’t use this thread to encourage unsafe restriction, skipping meals to “maximize” results, or any eating-disorder behaviors. Significant appetite suppression is a real, expected effect of these medications, but it doesn’t mean less food intake is automatically better — adequate nutrition matters throughout treatment. If eating very little is causing you concern, that’s worth raising with a healthcare provider, not something to push through alone.

Observational discussion only — not nutrition or medical advice.
