ParticipantBPC-157 and TB-500 tend to dominate discussion here, usually stacked together for soft-tissue work. If you’re posting a protocol or result, it’s genuinely useful to include the supplier’s lot number and COA alongside it — purity and third-party testing vary a lot between vendors even at similar price points, and that context helps other researchers interpret your results. Also happy to see reconstitution/storage questions here, that trips people up more than the protocols themselves.

ParticipantWorth flagging for this subforum: a September 2025 study in Biogerontology (Al-Dulaimi et al.) independently replicated Epitalon’s telomere-lengthening effect outside Khavinson’s original lab for the first time — a meaningful development since almost all prior data came from one group. The animal lifespan data (~13% mean lifespan extension in aged rats) is solid, but the human mortality numbers people cite are actually from epithalamin (the natural extract), not synthetic Epitalon, so treat those two as related but distinct. Full breakdown is on the blog if anyone wants the citations. Curious what protocols people here are running and what COAs you’re seeing from suppliers.

ParticipantGreat roundup! A couple of things we look for beyond price when picking a supplier: does the COA match the actual lot number on the vial (not just a generic PDF), and how fast do they actually respond if you email asking about testing methodology. If anyone here has used a supplier not listed above, drop your experience below — good or bad, it helps everyone make a more informed call.

ParticipantHello, I was wondering what is the best way to analyze a COA? Should we be looking at the date and the purity? Thanks
